Of which use ist PIZA for labour research?

Aim of the project is, to find new forms of organisation and work of labour research by considering its ressources and strengths to make labour research itself and its customers fit for future.
The main approaches of the PIZA-project for this are:

• Early hints to requirements of labour and design, which will bi visualized in the atlas of labour research.
• In differentforums we work especially with methods of Open Space and „Future-Work-Conference. The whole system in one room“.
• With practical tests in the enterprises we check partly already validated, mainly scandinavian instruments and participative methods – (for example workability-index (Ilmarinen), workflow-game, teamwork-game, educational drama, hourglass-model, full-scale-laboratory of University Lund) – to its usability during the application in small(est) and middle enterprises.
• The experimental room „labour research which is fit for future” needs the (self-)reflexion about success respectively the use of methods and results. This is measured both by acceptance (here for example the forums for labour research and the atlas of labour research) and the informativeness of early hints to requirements of research and design. In that the forums and the internet portal with spezific (formative and summative) evaluatory tasks the „reflexive mantle” and the guarantee of success for the PIZA approach.
