• Studies of sociology, pedagogics and political science in Tübingen
• Scientific assistant at the universities of Konstanz and Berlin (FU)
• Scientific assistant in FP automation of administration at the university of Kassel
• Since 1984 freelance consultant for work councils with focal points enterprise change, concepts for reorganisation of enterprises and participative development of organisations.
