Short biographie:
  • Born 1941
  • 9 years education in the merchant fleet in small, middle and big travel; 1970 degree as a captain in big travel at FH Hamburg
  • Worldwide deployment as III., II. and I. officer at ships for packaged goods and reefers
  • Additional studies in sea geology in Kiel and journeys on research ships and fishery guard ship
  • 1973 – 1991 Institutional work in the area of national and international industrial relations in the branchs navy, logistics and waste management; negotiaton of minimum standard in UNO, ILO, IMO and EU;
  • 1992 – 1996 Staff manager in holding for industrial service providing; at the same time in matrix-organisation operatively responsible for 360 employees in the area of water high pressure engineering (www.haniel.de)
  • 1993-1999 Chief executive/member of the management of two country wide trade associations with/without tariff connection for the industrial service range (www.uvgruppe.de)
  • since 1996 since 1996 Independent work as advisor for industrial relations
  • Member of International Industrial Relations Association (IIRA), Geneva (www.fu-berlin.de/iira2003/)
  • Coach at a private business university (www.eps.de)
  • since 1998 Additionally acting partner of the ACC Consulting and service team GmbH, Sitz Stuttgart (www.acc-team.de); Introduction of coworker financial participation and consultative management
