The users participate in designing the maps by bringing in their questions into a research approach or by confronting their experiences from practice to theoretical questions.

The atlas leads interactively - conducted by user interests - through labour research. On the „journey“ through labour research videos, discussion forums, examples from practice and Documents are offered additionally.
