The forums of labour research

Employees and enterprises experience die internationalisation and the globalisation with the focus on a single order, in which they immediately find themselves in an open submission with competitors of all parts of Europe and beyond it.

They confirm the thesis, that the globalisation makes a return to "the special, the oral and the local" (Toulmin) necessary for the individual.

The forums shall guarantee a direct communication in research. They shall help to generate and analyse different topical, personal and spacial relations,

• on which conditions SME show readiness to change and ability to change and
• which participative methods are suitable, to collect requirements of design and research, to fix and formulate it and meet it at last.

Labour research which is fit for future has to analyse, which meaning / function the forums have

• in resolving the requirements of design, especially in SME
• as a feedback from the transfer of results for the re-design of tmethods for research and for generating theories
• for scientific public relations
• for the communication of requirements of design compared to virtual forms, for example the atlas of labour research
• as a form of personal communication for sustainable and stable regional, topic or branch related cooperations of small(est) enterprises with labour research and consulting institutions.
