Early hint system

We collect early hints of requirements of research and design in different ways and at different levels.

• At the individual level we collect the health-related effects of work by medical science of work, psychology of work and technical security analyses like
  • the application of workability index (Ilmarinen, Finnish Institute for Occupational Health)
  • a psychic assessment of risks at the work place.
  
  
• At the level of enterprises the aggregated individual data in development forums of enterprises (circles for quality of work - and circles for health, participative seminars like „Learning from the Healthy and the ones that got healthy“, „Learning from Near-Accidents“) are also used. In cooperation with managers and employees we develop processes to optimize the enterprise (see hourglass-model).
  
  
• At the level of branchs or to exemplary topics we arrange forums of labour research as moderated events for big groups (with adapted/modificated methoden for SME). Examples:
  
  • branch forum „crafts“
  • topic forum „nursing”
  • branch forum for orthopadical technics / technics of technics
  • regional forum for labour research.
  
  
• An impulse giving platform "atlas of labour research" as an internet-portal which is based on an content management system shall visualize the results and the early hints for labour research and design and also the whole research project.
  In support of this examples of our work will be illustrated by video documents.
