Which use does PIZA do for employees and management of enterprises?

Human design of work is in our opinion only possible in cooperation with the concerned persons as „experts in own affair“. So that these are able to bring in their individual imaginations, their knowledge and their emotions, there have to be the preconditions in the enterprise. For this reason we work with several methods like for example an assessment of workability with support of medical labour science, an assessement of danger of work place or communication forms like circles for work quality and circles for health.
